Warriors Courage Win’s The Battle Against Fear…

Warriors showing their skills in a purpose built facility is a thrilling sight to see.

On Sunday we witnessed an absolutely epic display of courage by the Warriors that will live long in the memory.

For the past 3 months they have been working tirelessly, preparing their mind, body and souls for Double Rotations.

Which if like myself you will never achieve this magnificent feat, I have been told once in flight, it tests the size of your minerals.

Primarily because a forward Double Rotation is a blind landing. In addition the centrifugal force created, increases your body mass by 6 to 8 times. Therefore putting a tremendous load through the body upon landing.

Not for the faint hearted that’s for sure!

Thus making Sunday’s session even more special. As whilst training at Maiden Bower Junior School is great for developing their technique, without foam pits or resin landings they can not practice the full preps to gain the crucial spacial awareness needed for it to become autonomous.

Therefore the following footage is snippets of all the gymnasts trusting their training, to go boldly where they have never been before!

Warriors working through from 1 and a 1/4 flat backs to Double’s on their 1st visit to Horsham…

My Word, a magnificent display of heart, desire and developing technical ability.

Bravo Warriors. Stunning performance.

A massive thank you to the ‘The Horsham Centre’ for letting us use your magnificent facilities.

We have had a brilliant week of negotiating with various funding organisations, which will hopefully be reflected in our running total over the upcoming weeks.

My apologies for the lateness as we were awaiting Nick Knowles and the live draw. Only to find out that stopped in 2017
